Our Story

Cronin’s Maple Farm is a family business run by Patrick Cronin, his children, and his niece and nephew. We started making syrup after Patrick intercepted a quart of pure maple syrup made by his friend, Red Leary which was intended for his father in law, Gary McKenzie who loved pure maple syrup. One taste and Patrick was hooked and has been making syrup ever since. We take pride in everything we make. We hope you will enjoy our award-winning maple syrup just as much as we do!

Our Pure New York Maple Syrup is delicious on pancakes, waffles, French toast, hot and cold cereals, ice cream, yogurt, and fruit… as a glaze for ham and vegetables… in baked beans and in place of sugar in baking.
